Madame Mao aka Jiang Quing

Jiang Qing (Chiang Ching; March 19, 1914 – May 14, 1991) was the pseudonym used by the major Communist Party of China political figure who was Mao Zedong's last wife. In the West, Jiang was known as Madame Mao. She went by the stage name Lán Píng (蓝苹) during her acting career, and was known by various other names during her life. She married Mao in Yan'an in November 1938 and served as Communist China's first first lady. Jiang Qing was best known for playing a major role in the Cultural Revolution (1966–76) and for forming the radical political alliance known as the "Gang of Four". She was named the "Great Flag-carrier of the Proletarian Culture".

Death

Jiang Qing was sentenced to death in 1981. In 1983, her death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment. During this time, she made several requests to visit Mao Zedong's embalmed body in Beijing, but they were turned down. When the Tiananmen Square protests occurred, Jiang believed that the student activists were liberals rather than Maoists, but she blamed them on Deng Xiaoping, writing that "He let in all those Western ideas!"
While in prison, Jiang Qing was diagnosed with throat cancer, but she refused an operation. She was eventually released, on medical grounds, in 1991. At the hospital, Jiang Qing used the name Lǐ Rùnqīng (Chinese: 李润青). She was alleged to have committed suicide on May 14, 1991, aged 77, by hanging herself in a bathroom of her hospital. She penned a suicide note reading "Today the revolution has been stolen by the revisionist clique of Deng Xiaoping. Chairman Mao exterminated Liu Shaoqi, but not Deng, and the result of this omission is that unending evils have been unleashed on the Chinese people and nation. Chairman, your student and fighter is coming to see you!". Her suicide occurred two days short of the 25th anniversary of the Cultural Revolution.

Being in love with Feluda

I have been in love with Feluda from the day I started reading the stories. My heart beats faster when I get a chance to peek into his world.I thank Satyajit Ray for his marvelous piece of literature.I have reasons for my craziness towards Feluda and maybe I'll never be able to express them to anyone. Well I am glad that at least I fell for someone. LOL ! :p Feluda stories were later converted into films about which posts will be coming up soon.

THINGS CROWDING MY MIND (4)

Presently my mind is rushing through cyclones and peace - a frustrating situation. So let me begin this way, -
I don't find any valid reason of me being so upset at times over petty matters. My father has always taught me not to expect even the slightest bit of love or care from people whom I love or who are close to me.And I have always tried to do so but instead of my continuous effort I start demanding the same what I give others.
Babu has said that if I stop expecting from people then it is me who will be benefited.Still, My stupid heart wishes for love and respect.Oh , hell! Well, I have someone very special in my life who will never hurt me, I bet. No matter what the rest of the world does he'll never go against me, I believe.I have stopped caring about others , ( exception - my family )it is him who matters to me now.

WHY AN ATHEIST ?

Most of you believe in the existence of God, the Almighty, Allah or whatever you say in your language. The emotional bond between you and your faith is very profound, I must say.The believers often beg for help from God when in problem.Well, to be truthful I was among 'YOU'.
Some of the things which are believed world wide -
1) God is honest.
2) God is just.
3) God is the great.
4) God doesn't discriminate among people.
5) God equally loves all.
6) God is the creator of this world.
    and so on.......
Now my questions arise. Does God really treat everyone equally? Is he just enough? Does he love all?
NO. In almost every corner of the world poor are being tortured everyday by the rich. They are made fool.
And what does HE do? Enjoy the view? Where did his justice go? And what about his divine love???

I am an atheist because I don't believe in an observer of crime. I am an atheist because the poor are not given justice by HIM. The day God will punish those criminals I will be the happiest to join back in his troop of followers.
Will this really happen? Or is it only a dream?

Visualising the mountains

The curved roads that wrap around the mountains and the green shawl of comfort make the best of pairs. Millions of birds and insects have taken shelter in the welcoming arms of the mountains. Flowers and their fragrance occupies the soul and the eternal captures the heart. Dew droplets shimmer like diamonds under the morning sun.The air - so purified, so cozy as it never was. Morning ragas of birds echo in the mind and their dance of joy is a scene to behold. When the sun wakes up in the lap of the great mountains, my heart feels the golden rays and the warmth filled in it.I close my eyes , open my arms and wish to embrace the sight and never let it go away from me. The Nepali girls walk to their schools and place of work with their anklets making a sweet and charming rhythm.

THINGS CROWDING MY MIND (2)

Am I always the trouble maker? Why am I suppose to feel guilty all the time even if it is not my fault. Is it called etiquette ? Sometimes I strongly feel that I am made to think wrong of myself. People think I am so egotistical but what do you think? I don't find myself so rude as people consider me to be. I don't find any reason of such wrong assumptions.
After writing all these down still I am boiling with anger and frustration. And when I am angry the silly emotions find their way out of the corner of my eyes.I can't control them.
I am sorry if I have bored you with my complaints.

68th Independence Day : A long way to go

Today as a face of the whole nation the National flag of India , the tricolor was hoisted by an agent of IMPERIALISM - Narendra Modi. We lived to see this day. That's so dreadful. Being communists we also couldn't do much to prevent all from seeing this happen.Aren't we to be blamed?

On this very day, 67 years back we got our freedom. But are we really free after so many decades?- A question that bothers me every second.I am not very sure of typing HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY.
'Cause there are millions on the streets of India who need food and shelter. So how can it be HAPPY for us?
A long way to go when we can say......" WE ARE FREE "

THINGS CROWDING MY MIND (1)

I agree to the fact that I have got a very pulsating mind.My mood swings are really out of my hands.Presently I feel to write whatever I am thinking now 'cause I don't know if these moments will return in my life again!

First thing : I am happy because I have got a chance to do anchoring on the Independence Day celebration in my school. This time I have planned of rocking the stage though people are not always listening to the anchors ! That annoys me but when I am a part of the audience I don't listen much to the anchors' chatter. LOL.

Second thing : After a long days I have got back the zest of writing here.To be truthful for some days I wasn't very eager to write the blog but as I said already I am the owner of a pulsating mind.Being back here feels good.Loving the time.

Third thing : I was solving some sums which gave me a severe headache. Not really a fan of the subject. My blog is the only source of comfort to me and I can freshen up my thoughts here. So, that's why here I am.

Want to read something more???
Posts will be coming up soon.
Thanks for reading my foolish thoughts and loving them all the way.

West Bengal suffers : A thousand Times and Again

Job seekers are suffering.People are not getting jobs and the govt. is wasting money in stupid functions which are of no use to the common men.A thousand times and again it is The Govt. in Bengal and the intelligence gang is responsible for all these.Acid attacks on girls are increasing and all is quiet. When it comes to host luxurious functions West Bengal is the first raising hand but when it comes to the interest of common men govt. doesn't raise voice. That's their motto.

These days it is becoming tough for me to keep up with the world around me. Struggling each minute to fight back.Breathing each moment to survive....All seems to be upside down.Nobody understands my thoughts....Either fight back or....only one option- FIGHT BACK !

Israeli invasion on Gaza continues

It has been many days since the first attack on Gaza and the attacks continue. This is a reaction to 3 Israeli young fellows being killed by the Hamas. I wonder if it is really fair to take hundreds of life as revenge. So many children return home from schools to see their parents lying dead in the abandoned house. This is really shameful .

Banjara ( Ek Villain )

Jise zindagi dhoondh rahi hai
Kya ye woh makaam mera hai
Yahaan chain se bas ruk jaaun
Kyun dil ye mujhe kehta hai
Jazbaat naye se mile hain
Jaane kya asar ye huaa hai
Ik aas mili phir mujhko
Jo qubool kisi ne kiya hai

Haan..
Kisi shaayar ki ghazal
Jo de rooh ko sukoon ke pal
Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjaare ko ghar
Naye mausam ki sehar
Yaa sard mein dopahar
Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjare ko ghar
Hmm...

Jaise koi kinaara
Deta ho sahaara
Mujhe wo mila kisi mod par
Koi raat ka taara
Karta ho ujaala
Waise hi roshan kare woh shehar

Dard mere woh bhula hi gayaa
Kuch aisa asar huaa
Jeena mujhe phir se woh sikha raha
Hmm.. Jaise baarish kar de tar
Yaa marham dard par
Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjare ko ghar
Naye mausam ki sehar
Yaa sard mein dopahar
Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjaare ko ghar

Muskaata yeh chehra
Deta hai jo pehraa
Jaane chhupata kya dil ka samandar
Auron ko toh hardam saaya deta hai
Woh dhoop mein hai khada khud magar
Chot lagi hai usey,
Phir kyun mehsoos mujhe ho raha hai
Dil tu bata de kya hai iraada tera

Main parinda besabar
Tha uda jo darbadar
Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjarey ko ghar
Naye mausam ki sehar
Yaa sard mein dopahar
Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjarey ko ghar

Koi mujhko yun mila hai
Jaise banjare ko ghar
Jaise banjare ko ghar..
Jaise banjare ko ghar...
Jaise banjare ko ghar....

Roars of JOY !!!!!!

My house shook to roars and cheers of joy when David Luiz gave the goal for Brazil. And when Julio Cesar prevented the goal of Chile, claps and hurrays occupied the atmosphere.I took a breath of relief. My heart almost came to my mouth at the last moment. But sadly Brazil team is not well coordinated.I wish them luck.Players of Brazil who played well in my view were Luiz, Hulk, Neymar, Cesar.Love Brazil and always will.

Football War in BRAZIL

All knows that FIFA is going on and the whole world is going crazy about it.Millions of people are supporting their favorite teams either by coloring their faces or by wearing favorite team jersey. I support Brazil.I am a huge fan of Brazil football team and I wish this time they win.Amidst all this excitement we almost forgot about the rallies on Brazil's streets some months ago in protest of FIFA taking place in Brazil.Thousands of people got on streets to demonstrate their anger about this decision. And I don't say that their anger was not legitimate. They are common men and want development of their country with the money that the govt. is spending for World Cup 2014.Well, I understand their feelings and don't know much about the things inside.Still, I would say it would have been better if the World Cup was not held in Brazil. I know some people will disagree but that is what perspective is about. It varies.
P.S- Love BRAZIL and want them to win the World Cup.

Let's be fearless.........

Nights are cold here and days are no better. I feel to go and sit near the fireplace but am scared that fire should catch me. The fear is so profound that I prefer to bear the DEVIL'S COLD instead of cuddling in the arms of warmth. Look how silly I am ! Let's not talk on the same thing now. It is time I move on..........be free........be fearless.

STOPPING BY WOODS ON A SNOWY EVENING

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Father & RED ( 1 )

At first I beg pardon for this late post. The reason was Broadband connection failure.

So let's begin my Saturday Special
My father - Whatever I speak of my father is very less.He is simply the man to be admired. Whatever I know of RED is because of him.The relation between my father and RED is eternal. I feel proud to be a daughter.
How did this eternal relation begin ?
When my father used to read in college ,he came across the ideology and was fascinated by it. Babu ( my father ) had to face lots of barriers for his decision of joining CPI(M) and still he is facing those problems because of the present govt. in Bengal. There were comrades who inspired Babu to fight and to be firm on his decision. My father started his journey from a Local Committee Member and now he is an Opposition leader in Zilla Parishad ( District Council ).

To be continued........
NEXT SATURDAY ( WHAT'S COMING UP? )
PRESENT CONDITION OF FATHER'S LIFE AND HOW RED IS RESPONSIBLE.

Friday 6 June 2014

Was a bit too emotional ! ,( SATURDAY SPECIAL- coming soon ! )

Last day I was a bit emotional and came up with those weird lines.I agree it is tough for readers to understand my emotional status 'cause it fluctuates almost each minute ! Sorry for that but I am glad that people are liking my posts and new countries are getting added to the audience list gradually. Seems I am not as worthless as I used to believe !
 TOPIC CHANGE-
Saturdays are going to be special. My posts on these days are gonna be related to RED and my FATHER.Tomorrow will see my first ever post on my Father and what RED means to his life. Loving the time; Loving to write.

My day sinks here.....

My day sinks here.....it is the place where i see the sun waking up.
I die here.....I am born here....It pains hard inside. My heart cries for the day..the day when I shall be free of obligations...Each breath is painful. Everything seems to hurt like hell..Yet, it is the temple where I've worshiped each day..I didn't know then it would pain like this.Still smiling with glistening eyes..Making a fool of myself.

Why A Fight Back?

It is enough now. Can't tolerate the inhuman practices of the state government. They don't consider common men as humans. Are we really not HUMANS? If we are, we have a tolerance level. It has become impossible to keep quiet and sit at home helplessly.A fight back is needed where people will get down on streets and protest in open.
With all due respect I would like to say that Biman Basu ( member of politburo , chief of CPI(M) West Bengal), Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee( member of politburo and ex-chief minister of West Bengal ) should take leave now. It is time new generation comes up and fights back. They aren't able to handle the party here.I don't say they are incapable but chances should be given to others to show what they can do.I believe things will turn better then.
One day the sun will rise !Darkness will not thrive.Common men have self respect and that is why Fight Back is required.

Saturday 17 May 2014

A LOT TO SAY.......

There is a lot to say....
Elections were held and results were declared yesterday.Left Front lost badly here in Bengal. TMC won 34 seats and Left Front only 2, BJP won 2 seats and INC 4 seats.Rigging was a constant phenomenon that took place in 3200 booths in Bengal ; doer- TMC. This time I won't say that rigging by TMC is responsible for so much unfortunate results but I would rather say that the lack of enthusiasm in the Left Front workers was the reason. Common men have lost faith in us. We should have been more careful. BJP has got 3% more vote than 2009 results.Credits to MODI and the failure of the present govt. in Bengal. NDA ( National Democratic Alliance ) will form national govt. this time.2016 Assembly elections are going to be tough.Left Front has to fight back and get back the position they once held.A lot to do......Things has to get better.

My experience so far......

It has been over 4 months that I have started writing in my blog and I see people are quite liking it.I am happy about that.I am not a professional blog-writer; I do it just for fun! My ideologies have quite reached people I hope.Communism is the one thing that I keep thinking about and so far I have understood a bit! Gonna start reading the Communist Manifesto. Let's see how far I can go with it.I feel good to write here and share my thoughts with people from the other side of the world. Being just 14 years old I have received so much of love from people and I am thankful to someone who suggested me to blog. THANK YOU SO MUCH-to her.Looking forward to the days when I shall become a professional in writing blog.
Till then,
Guys, keep reading my blog!!!!

MAY DAY (sorry for late post)

International Workers' Day, also known as Labor Day or May Day, is a celebration of laborers and the working classes that is promoted by the international labor movement and occurs every year on May 1. [1] [2]
May 1 was chosen as the date for International Workers' Day by the Socialists and Communists of the Second International to commemorate the Haymarket affair in Chicago that occurred on May 4, 1886.[3] Some countries celebrate a Labor Day on other dates significant to them, such as the United States which celebrates Labor Day on the first Monday of September.
In many countries a traditional European spring celebration and public holiday, May Day, also occurs on or around May 1. Therefore, while May 1 is a national public holiday in many countries, in only some of those countries is it celebrated specifically as "Labor Day" or "International Workers' Day".

Two or three left very few. Morning sun dazzling dew

Morning with dew wet legs is a feeling that mesmerizes one's heart.
At this time of the year new leaves can be seen on the naked trees, two or three- very few.

Does my blog seem monotonous?

Well I ask the same question to myself many a times and end up with a puzzled mind ! I try to enhance the topics each time I write and also I try to make it interesting. 'M not having any particular topic to write on (exception -politics) like others.I scramble through news papers and I try to search for topics in books but as always ultimately I use my head to present something beautiful here.
You can tell me if my blog seems monotonous to you and suggest some topics to write on.

A poem : Untitled

I open my eyes
Sitting by the window
Can hear distant cries
Loud, louder they grow.

Vast stretch of woods infront
And a stream flowing past
Dark and dull the sky has turned
Scary shadow is being cast.

Not a single leaf fluttering
Not a bird in sight
Stunted trees stand still
Opening arms out to sky.

I hear a mother's call
A painful yell
My breath- I hold
The air, so stale.

Everything has changed
Nothing sheen is left
Shadowy shackles have clung
Every bit of warm sun rays.

I have tried my best to come up with this poem and I wish readers like this piece of literature.
Having a good time at home and importantly 'M loving to blog.

A letter to Sudipto

Dear Sudipto,
Today I saw thousands of people rallying to Mamata Banerjee's meeting. Did all forget how brutally you were killed by the state police? Did they forget Mamata's reaction - "A petty matter"? Couldn't they see tears of your family? I don't know if they really do remember ! Well, I do remember ; others too ; comrades, your family and friends. All loved you and still they do. But why do people forget the brutality of the current state govt.? Is money and greed of power everything?
With the hope of a reply,
 Sonalika

GREEN IS THE COLOUR

Heavy hung the canopy of blue
Shade my eyes and I can see you
White is the light that shines through the dress that you wore
She lay in the shadow of the wave
Hazy were the visions of her playing
Sunlight on her eyes but moonshine beat her blind everytime
Green is the colour of her kind
Quickness of the eye deceives the mind
Many is the bond between the hopefull and the damned

China : A mystery to me

China indeed is a mystery to me. I've read some books on China's history and it is really very astonishing to me that how once the country that was submerged under the craze of opium revived and is now one of the powerful countries. Many people were behind this success and now if I start writing their name the list won't end !!
China's culture, people, landscape and many more things are very much attractive ( At least to me ).
My all time  favorite topic of discussion has remained China. That's all... I may post something more on China, after-all CHINA is one of my favorite topics.
